Orizaba Mexican Lager | ABV 5.3% During the conditioning period we added dozens of fresh vanilla beans and a unique spice that is often characterized as maple syrup. We added toasted hazelnuts, and of course oats, straight into the mash tun and a dash of cinnamon into the boil kettle. Hodge’s Ferry Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Stout | ABV 5.3%Īn intricate stout that works with a lot of different elements to deliver an incredibly delicious beer. A smooth creamy head and finishing mildly bitter. A late addition of local James River Oysters were added to the boil adding another layer of complexity to this brew. This amazing stout has balanced notes of dark roasted malts and chocolate throughout. Using the finest floor roasted dark malts, a touch of lactose (milk sugar) and a sh*tun of Ghiradelli milk chocolate, we set out to brew a righteously delicious milk stout with tons of flavor and a smooth creamy mouthfeel. This beer was brewed with de-husked dark roasted malts that deliver rich dark colors but restrained roasted or coffee flavors. Geistboot Schwarzbier | ABV 4.9%ĭeep and dark in appearance yet incredibly smooth and crisp as you would expect from a classic German lager. Brewed with generous amounts of roasted barley and chocolate malts giving this stout a smooth creamy head and dry coffee-like finish. This deep rich brown stout has aromas of chocolate and coffee. After aging in freshly dumped bourbon barrels for 3 months the beer transforms into a seriously divine treat with notes of vanilla, toffee, caramel and of course bourbon. This stout delivers incredible flavors you expect in a big beer and then some. This jet black American Stout is brewed with hefty amounts of chocolate and roasted malts.
